The Department of Linguistic, Literary and Aesthetic Studies is a diverse department. Our research activities and study programs encompass a wide range of humanities disciplines dealing with linguistics, literary studies, aesthetic forms of expression, classical subjects, and digital culture.

Research

We research language, literature, aesthetic forms of expression, classical subjects, and digital culture - from handwriting recognition and medieval manuscripts to sign language linguistics.
