Access to the BB building

To access the department's areas in the BB building, you need a programmed access card. Fill in the access form, get a signature from your contact person at the Department of Biomedicine, and submit the form in the postbox outside room 6A107A on the 6th floor, BBB.

Also send an email to fellesavdelingen@biomed.uib.no to confirm that you have submitted it.

School visits

At the Department of Biomedicine, we are happy to welcome pupils from upper secondary schools, students and others who are interested.

We offer guided tours of our anatomical collection, demonstrations of various instruments and methods, simple medical examinations and, where relevant, a lecture on a current topic. Special requests for topics can be discussed.
