Admission

Apply for admission to the doctoral training by completing and submitting the electronic application form linked below. Note that the application and attachments go directly to the department where you will be affiliated.

Training component

Guidelines for calculating ECTS credits in the training component are listed under regulations and guidelines. As soon as you have completed an activity that counts towards the training component, apply for approval so you can track your progress on StudentWeb.

Extensions

Candidates who cannot finish within the original period but wish to complete the doctoral project may apply for an extension of the PhD programme. The application must be justified and include a realistic plan for completion. This form is not for an extension of funding — a separate application for extended funding must be submitted.

You can apply to change your supervisor(s). Please note that the application must be signed by all parties involved as well as the department.
