Research

My research focuses on social inequality, urban marginalisation and youth sociology, with a particular emphasis on educational inequality and disadvantaged youth. The aim of my work is to contribute to ongoing discussions on social stratification, education policy and debates on the relationship between structure and agency, with a particular interest in how institutional contexts shape opportunities and constraints for young people.
