The Association of Nurses and Allied Professions is a subgroup organization within the European Society of Cardiology with its own annual conference and its own scientific journal. This year the ACNAP conference took place at the European Heart House outside Nice June 12-13.
Professors Tone Norekvål and Eva Gerdts were invited as lecturers and chairperson.
A number of junior researchers in Tone’s research group Procard presented abstracts focusing on patient-reported outcome measures (PROMS). PROMS represent an important aspect in research, reflecting the patient’s experiences related to the disease and its management.
