Jeg forsker på styring og utvikling av utdanningssystemet og har konsentrert arbeidet spesielt om 

• forvaltning av ansvar
• sikring av kvalitet på utdanningstilbudet som blir gitt til elevene
• vurdering på alle nivå
• kompetanseutvikling i lærerutdanning og yrket
• hvordan skolesystemet møter elever med ulike behov

I en pågående studie ser vi på private aktørers rolle i offentlig utdanning.

Interdisciplinary cooperation concerning students with special needs

The project maps the interaction between schools and guidance services in Vestland County municipality. We have collaborated with the Section for Quality Vestland County Municipality on the project, which was carried out under the state-funded scheme "Kompetansløftet for special pedagogy and inclusive practice".
