Leiar faggruppa for forskingsstøtte knytt til Seksjon for utdannings- og forskingsstøtte (UFS). Ansvarleg for utvikling, drift og profilering av forskingstenester frå Universitetsbiblioteket som bidreg til å styrke kvalitet i UiBs forsking. Deltek også i tverrgåande arbeidsgrupper ved UiB, bl.a. arbeidsgruppe for forskingsdata, BOA-teamet og UiB Ferd.
Tidlegare var eg seniorrågjevar i 'Data and models' aktivitetane til Senter for digitalt liv Norge, DLN2.0, eit initiativ frå Norsk Forskingsråd for å transformere utdanning og forsking innan bioteknologi og digital livsvitenskap gjennom transdisiplinaritet. Mi rolle inkluderte rådgjeving for god datahåndtering og RRI i forskingsprosjekt, tilrettelegging for meir tverrfaglege og samfunnsnære samarbeid, og strategisk arbeid for å styrke desse aspektene av forsking i Norge.
Bakgrunnen min er frå molekylærbiologi og miljøtoksikologi ved Universitetet i Bergen. Eg har studert korleis miljøgifter påverkar marine organismar gjennom molekylære prosessar, og korleis involverte gen og protein kan identifiserast i genomet. Eg var tidlegare postdoc og prosjektkoordinator for dCod 1.0-prosjektet, der målet var å forstå meir om korleis torsken reagerer på, og tilpassar seg, forureiningar i miljøet.
