Welcome to a lecture by Professor Dr Gabriele Stangl. Stangl holds the chair of Human Nutrition at the Unviersity Halle in Germany.
The Human Nutrition Research Group (ekstern lenke) focuses on the cellular and molecular effects of nutrients. Main research areas are secosteroids and their modulators and regulators, such as fibroblast growth factor 23. The group also works on the molecular mechanisms of vitamin D, and especially on the photochemistry of vitamin D.
