Research

My research focuses on understanding the mechanisms at the individual level that underlie macroecological and macroevolutionary patterns. Key aspects of my work include life-history theory, physiology, and the role of light regimes in governing foraging interactions and species distributions. I enjoy thinking broadly, linking data with theory and models, and exploring diverse biological disciplines.
