Center researcher and Grieg Associate Professor Helga Midtbø recently took part in the seminar “Wrong medicine: When health research lacks gender perspectives” hosted by Kilden genderresearch (external link) and the Norwegian Women’s Public Health Association (external link).

The seminar offered an engaging and insightful program featuring a researcher relay and a panel debate. During the researcher relay, Helga Midtbø presented findings from the Center’s research on cardiovascular disease in women. Other contributions included presentations by Postdoctoral Fellow Mari Aksnes from the University of Oslo and Senior Researcher Torkild Visnes from SINTEF.

The panel discussion featured Elisabeth Swärd from the Norwegian Women’s Public Health Association and Ole Johan Borge from the Research Council of Norway.
