Sending invoices and credit notes
UiB is a government institution covered by the Regulations on Electronic Invoicing in Public Procurement. All Norwegian suppliers must send electronic invoices and credit notes in EHF format to the electronic invoice address: NO 874789542. Invoices sent in other formats will not be paid.
Invoices and credit notes must include a purchase order number. Invoices and credit notes without a purchase order number may be rejected.
For suppliers who do not have an invoicing system that supports the EHF standard, various web invoice portals offer solutions for sending such invoices.
For more information on electronic invoicing, see the guidance at anskaffelser.no.
Private individuals
Private individuals must send invoices in PDF format to ap-invoice@uib.no. Invoices and credit notes must include a purchase order number and may be rejected without one.
Foreign suppliers
UiB prefers to receive electronic invoices and credit notes in EHF format. Our Peppol ID is 0192:874789542. Alternatively, suppliers may send invoices in PDF format to ap-invoice@uib.no – one attachment per email only. Invoices and credit notes must include a purchase order number and may be rejected without one.
Payment reminders
Payment reminders, interest notes, etc. should be sent by email to ap-invoice@uib.no.
