Physician Anja Linde defends her PhD thesis on 14 Feb 2025
Resident in endocrinology Anja Linde has been a PhD fellow at the Center for Research on Heart Disease in Women for 3.5 years, funded by Helse Sør-Øst through the National Research Center for Women’s Health. She will defend her thesis: Cardiovascular organ damage in patients with psoriasis and rheumatoid arthritis: associations with hypertension, obesity and disease-modifying treatment

The main supervisor has been Associate Professor Helga Midtbø, with Professor Eva Gerdts as co-supervisor.
The first opponent is Professor Renata Cifkova from Charles University in Prague, and the second opponent is Professor Tillmann Uhlig from the University of Oslo. The committee has been chaired by Professor Jutta Dierkes from the University of Bergen.
