Andreas is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Law, University of Bergen, and is conducting a research project on unforeseen hindrances to performing contractual obligations due to events relating to climate change. He is also pursuing a master’s degree in physical geography.
Research
Andreas’ research concerns the rules on performance of commercial contracts when subjected to unforeseen events associated with climate change. His field of research lies at the intersection between the law on contracts and obligations and physical geography.

Teaching
Andreas teaches Climate Law, General Law of Property and Obligations, and occasionally Comparative Law, Legal History and Legal Culture.
