Research

My research interests include the development of analytical and numerical methods for solving direct and inverse scattering problems in seismic and electromagnetic geophysics. I am involved in several interdisciplinary research projects.  In one project, I develop rock physics based methods for microseismic full-waveform inversion. In another project, I develop methodology for real-time modelling and inversion of induction logs. I am also interested in synergies between seismic and medical imaging and the development of iterative nonlinear inverse scattering algorithms in this context.
