Paulina is a Postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Comparative Politics, University of Bergen. She is a member of the team of the research project 'INSTAPARTY: Party Instability in Parliaments,' funded by the Norwegian Research Council (2021-2025) examining political party instability in European democracies.
