I work in the immunology field with influensa and covid, and with microbiology. In addition I do orders for several groups and are the responsible person for the lab.
Work
Experience/Methods:
Molecular biology: Cloning, cell culturing, immunohistochemistry, bacterial work, transformation, transfestion, DNA/RNA purification, PCR, SDS-page and western blot.
Proteomic: Making stable transfected cell lines, immunoprecipitation, SILAC, mass spectrometry and proteomic data analysis.
Immunology: HI, HAT, virus propagation in fertilized eggs, ELISA, sample preparation.

General lab-work and lab-responsibility
Responsible for the practical part of several lab-courses at K2 (MED4 microbiology, OD2PATIM, OD2MIKR, Farm270 and TPBAMIKR).
