My research investigates how classical vocal technique can serve as a foundation for sustainable and diverse vocal practices in contemporary music. Through extended vocal techniques, alternative notation and close co-creation with composers, I develop new works and artistic methods that explore the voice as a creative and co-creative instrument. The project combines artistic practice, reflection and experimentation to expand the possibilities for classically trained singers in new musical contexts.
