I am a part of the NRC-funded project: "Integration as a way to reducing health inequalities among forced migrants: A collaborative and knowledge building project"
My PhD project is related to studying the effect of an innovative labor-related intervention on the health and integration of health professionals with refugee or other migrant backgrounds and the impact on their families and the institutions opening their doors to this group.
I will be working with UiB,HVL, Kristiansand kommune, Bergen kommune and Caritas Bergen for the next four years.
