I am an experienced researcher in bioinformatics at CBU.

I have PhD in computer science with long-standing expertise in bioinformatics and genomics data analysis. Experienced in NGS pipelines, transcriptomics, variant calling, and reproducible workflows using Python, R, Snakemake, Perl.
