Research

My research spans from constitutional law to human rights law and procedural law and various combinations of these research fields. I have in particular been interested in conflicts between freedom of speech and the right to privacy, questions of media responsibility, the role of courts in evolving society, evidence law and legal method. I often try to take an advantage of being academically trained in media science as well as in law.
