Statement about leadership and career awareness: Giving your team members and yourself room for exploring and pursuing different ways for personal and professional growth is, in my eyes, an essential part of creating an engaging work environment. Strengthening our expertise in areas relevant for our daily work is just as important as developing insight into areas beyond them. Using career awareness techniques to become more aware of one's values, preferences and skills can be an important part of this journey.
