Six out of ten women want more information about menopause. Seminar hosted by the Center for Research on Women's Heart Disease. Speaker: physician and PhD candidate Marianne Natvik (UiO).

Six out of ten women want more information about menopause. This is the finding of a new Norwegian study led by first author Marianne Natvik. Menopause remains a topic surrounded by myths and is still rarely discussed—even among healthcare professionals.

Menopause typically occurs between the ages of 45 and 55, but it can also begin earlier or later. Most women will experience one or more symptoms, and some will be significantly affected.

But what are considered normal menopausal symptoms, and what can be done about them? And how can healthcare professionals help ensure the transition is as smooth as possible?

The Center for Research on Women's Heart Disease invites you to a seminar dedicated to the topic of menopause.

Everyone is welcome!
