Center researcher Marit Sandberg wins Researcher Grand Prix in Bergen

Marit Sandberg, PhD candidate at the Center for Research on Cardiovascular Disease in Women, impressed both the judges and the audience, winning the Researcher Grand Prix in Bergen on September 25, 2024. Congratulations! Marit presented her research on pregnancy and childbirth in women with congenital heart disease. The national final will be streamed live from Oslo on Saturday, September 28, 2024.

About Researcher Grand Prix

Researcher Grand Prix is a science communication competition where ten PhD candidates compete to become the best research communicator in Bergen. The winner and runner-up advance to the national final in Oslo on September 28.

Participants selected for Researcher Grand Prix take part in a program that includes both group and individual coaching in communication and media training.

Researcher Grand Prix is part of the annual National Science Week (Forskningsdagene), organized by the Research Council of Norway.
