Women's Health Impact Tracking Platform
The Women’s Health Impact Tracking Platform (WHIT) is a pioneering global platform developed by the World Economic Forum in collaboration with the McKinsey Health Institute. The platform measures progress toward closing the women’s health gap across countries and selected health conditions. WHIT is grounded in extensive research and insights from more than 70 international experts, including analysis showing the estimated $1 trillion health and economic opportunity associated with closing the women’s health gap.
The platform tracks progress across three critical dimensions: treatment effectiveness, healthcare delivery, and data availability. Through a set of key indicators, WHIT provides an evidence-based framework to support decision-makers in improving women’s health outcomes while strengthening economic and societal value.
