The Polyfon Knowledge Cluster works nationally to strengthen evidence-informed and interdisciplinary collaboration on music therapy as treatment and health promotion, and on music as a public health resource. The strategy and action plan sets out the cluster's goals for 2030 and the actions that will guide its work towards achieving them.

The Polyfon Strategy 2024–2030 outlines Polyfon's vision, objectives and priorities as a national music therapy knowledge cluster. The action plan is updated annually and identifies the priority activities for each calendar year.
