Topics for the Berlin General Congress 2026 are now published
The Berlin General Congress will take place on the 28th of September to 3rd of October 2026. The International Academy of Comparative Law, has now published the list of topics that members have chosen and the schedule of steps leading up to the Congress.

National Committees are invited to make their nominations for National Rapporteurs by 14 February 2025 at the latest by email to: secretariat@aidc-iacl.org.
Those who would like to make a special report on one of the topics are welcome to make the suggestion directly to the General Rapporteur of the topic in question, who will consider such requests.
