This week, the research group Reservoir Physics had the pleasure of welcoming representatives from the Research Council of Norway and the Norwegian Ministry of Energy.

The visit featured a laboratory tour of the reservoir physics facilities, a live demonstration of subsurface CO₂ storage using FluidFlower, and presentations on the PoroTwin project.

The FluidFlower and PoroTwin projects were represented by Professor Martin Fernø and Department Engineer Kristoffer Eikehaug from Department of Physics and Technology, and Dr. Jakub Both and PhD candidate Trygve Tegnander from the Department of Mathematics, accompanied by UiB's energy director Kristin Guldbrandsen Frøysa.

Thank you for the visit!
