Bookitlab

Bookitlab makes it easy for students and researchers to find and use instruments. You can search across UiB, and you can also search for instruments at NTNU and UiO.

UiB, NTNU and UiO has a common bookingsystem for research infrastructure called Bookitlab

The system supports booking and administration of instruments and research infrastructures
You can make reservations, loan equipment, order services and consumables from laboratories.
Bookitlab is integrated with UiB financial system (Unit4 ERP). Projects are collected from Unit4 and invoicing is automated.
The system gives a good overview of instruments and services both within and across the universities
