Leica LMD7 Laser Microdissection

The Leica LMD7 Laser Microdissection system belongs to the Department of Clinical Medicine, but it is accessible to external users upon request. Laser microdissection enables isolation of specific tissue regions or single cells from FFPE or frozen sections, providing material well suited for downstream genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, and metabolomic analyses.
