July 26, 2023: Report after the eighth flight

ALOFT has completed its 8th flight, which covered the southwestern coast of Mexico for eight hours.

The end of the campaign is approaching, with only one or two flights remaining. So far, the ALOFT campaign has been a tremendous success. Many glows and TGFs have been recorded in varieties never before observed. The results from this campaign will definitely change the research field.
