About the research project

AQUASERV is a groundbreaking multinational initiative that unites six leading research infrastructures and over 40 scientific institutions across Europe. The mission is to establish a robust, interdisciplinary network dedicated to promoting sustainable aquaculture, fisheries, and the blue economy through cutting-edge research services.

The project aims to foster collaboration between prestigious public and private institutions, ensuring transparent access to top-tier resources and data. By enabling international exchange of expertise and offering accessible research services across Europe, AQUASERV aims to drive scientific progress and innovation in these critical fields.

A significant portion of the project's funds are TNA funds. These are funds that researchers can apply for to cover research stays at scientific institutions. There is a rolling application deadline for some of the funds, but there will also be challenge-driven calls.
