Stephan Grimmelikhuijsen is associate professor and research director at the Utrecht University School of Governance. He is also associate editor at the Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory. Grimmelikhuijsen’s research focuses on the effects of transparency on citizen trust in public organizations, the effects of Artificial Intelligence on how government works, and behavioral public administration. In this seminar, Stephan Grimmelikhuijsen will present his recent research on the use of AI in the public sector and citizen trust.
