The Global Survey of Public Servants (http://globalsurveyofpublicservants.org/ (external link)) seeks to promote the collection of comparable data to better understand how public administrations work, and to provide actionable evidence to governments to improve management of public servants. Professor Jan Meyer-Sahling, Sir Francis Hill Professor of Political Science at the University of Nottingham, is one of the founders of this initiative which to date has surveyed more than 1,3 million respondents. He will present the initiative as well as recent research findings.
