The European Union funds two-year Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (external link) postdoctoral positions for early career scholars of any nationality to move to Norway to carry out their research activities abroad, acquire new skills and develop their career.

These are highly competitive and prestigious grants with an application deadline in September each year, and only applicants with a PhD who have not lived in Norway for more than 12 of the preceding 36 months are eligible. The Media Use Group has previously hosted two successful MSCA fellows.

If you are interested in applying for an MSCA at Bergen Media Use Group with UiB as a host, send a short description of your ideas + your CV to research adviser Lene Angelskår by May 1st 2026 to discuss your ideas.
