Forberedelser og timeplan
IGSIN911: Krav til forberedelser
Hver student burde ha tilgang til MATLAB®, helst på sin egen bærbar maskin med følgende programvare installert:
- MATLAB. High-level technical computing language and interactive environment for algorithm development, data visualization, data analysis, and numeric computation. UiB-studenter som ikke enda har programmet skal ha tilgang via https://apps.uib.no/ eller Software Center på PCen sin. Eksterne studenter skal kunne laste ned en gratis 30-day trial fra MathWorks nettsiden: www.mathworks.com/campaigns/products/trials.html?s_tid=srchtitle_site_search_1_trial
- SPM12 for MRI analysis. SPM12 nedlastningen finnes her: https://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/docs/installation/
- CONN toolbox for resting-state fMRI analysis. CONN toolbox nedlastningen finnes her: https://web.conn-toolbox.org/resources/conn-installation
Når programvaren er installert, sjekk at installasjonen fungerte ved å gjøre følgende:
- Åpne Matlab
- Skriv "spm" i Command Window
- Klikk "fMRI"
- Klikk "Toolbox.conn"
Eventuelle problemer med installasjonen kan forhåpentligvis løses under første kursdag, ettersom programmet skal brukes fra og med andre kursdag.
