The University Aula

• Cinematic – chairs only: 310 chairs and 40 seats on the Aula benches = 350 people in total
• Classroom – chairs + conference tables = 240 people
• Dinner = 192 people
• Standing = Receptions estimated to be 400 people

The University Aula is 300 square meters and is 10 meters wide and 30 meters long. The height is 8.5 meters.

• The stage is 4.2 meters deep and 10 meters wide.
• The stage can be regulated to be 2.8 meters deep + 2 steps á 0.7 meters deep.
• The stage can be regulated (step free) between 0 – 1.2 meters in height.

The University Aula is equipped with a lot of technology integrated into a flexible infrastructure. This allows for highly customizable setups to meet the specific needs of each event. Emphasis has been placed on integrating technology seamlessly and silently wherever possible. As a result, the auditorium exudes a sleek and exceptionally quiet atmosphere, ideal for both audiences and audiovisual recordings. This makes the aula suitable for ceremonies, conferences, dinners, TV broadcasts, recordings, and concerts, among other things.

Acoustically, the aula works excellently for speech as well as amplified music, and it features motorized acoustic curtains for adjusting reverberation time.

The windows’ transparency can be dimmed using built-in motorized curtains while preserving the unique connection with the surroundings that the auditorium provides to the audience.

The stage (9 x 4.7 meters) consists of 5 motorized elements, allowing for versatile configurations (approximately 60 cm in height) tailored to each event.

The University Aula has the following technical equipment available, with capacity for extensive sound, lighting, and visual production.

• The aula is equipped with a comprehensive sound system for audience sound, including the following components:
• Main Speakers and Subwoofers: These provide the primary sound output for the audience.
• Audio Mixer: Featuring over 80 input channels and 64 output channels, the mixer allows precise control over audio levels and effects.
• Portable Lectern (Podium): Equipped with a microphone and connections for audio and video.
• Standard Setup Microphones:
  • 6 headsets 
  • 2 handheld wireless microphones
  • expandable if needed
• Monitoring Systems:
  • 6 wedge monitors for musicians
  • 6 In-Ear monitoring systems
• Surround Sound Playback Capability (4-16 channels) for immersive audio experiences.
• Microphone Selection:
  • A wide range of microphones for speech and concert audio, including both standard dynamic and high-quality condenser microphones.
• Stage Boxes:
  • 3 stage boxes distributed across the stage:
    • 10 inputs and 2 outputs in each box.
• Additional Digital Stage Box:
  • Provides 16 inputs and 8 outputs for expanded connectivity.

• Multitrack audio recording of all sources connected to the audio mixer, up to 128 channels at 98 kHz 24-bit.
• A selection of microphones for various recording techniques, including Decca Tree and Surround

• Flexible lighting rig (approximately 30 lamps) distributed on wall stands and 4 light trusses on motorized hoists in the ceiling.
• 2 fanless moving head lamps.
• Floor-standing rechargeable DMX-controlled decorative lamps (30 units).
• Simple programmable light mixer.
• General ceiling-mounted lighting

• Powerful Projector (21,000 Lumens, WUXGA)
• 6-Meter Wide Retractable Screen Above the Stage: The stage features a 6-meter wide retractable screen for displaying visuals.
• Associated AV Console with Matrix and PC + Mac Playback for PowerPoint, Videos, etc.

• 5 fixed PTZ cameras with an associated control room for TV production/streaming.
• Additional equipment tailored to specific events can be rented as needed. The technical staff in the auditorium can assist in identifying requirements and facilitating any necessary rentals.
