Short info
I am a pianist specialising in classical performance practice and the early piano. I am also deeply concerned about the climate crisis and our environment and run a research project entitled "Musical Activism in the face of the Climate Emergency and the age of Extinction".
Research
I am currently the leader of the research group for interpretation at the Grieg Acacdemy (GAFFI) which has 2 main sub-projects, the aforementioned project about Music, art and the climate crisis, and “The Opener” a project exploring the tacit knowledge so central to the prosess of developing an interpretation of a written score.
