ScanPath 2025 - Opportunities for industry participation
At the Scandinavian Symposium on Translational Pathology in October 2025, industry participants are invited to participate at the industry rates listed below, and are otherwise allowed to participate on similar terms to academic participants.
Invitation to the ScanPath meeting 2025
It is a great pleasure to invite you to the 9th Scandinavian Symposium on Translational Pathology (ScanPath), at Solstrand outside of Bergen, Norway!
The 2025 ScanPath will take place on October 29-30, with the option of arriving on October 28. ScanPath offers companies involved in the fields of pathology an excellent opportunity to promote themselves to a quality audience. Therefore, we kindly invite companies to participate in this event with their active support.
The aim of these annual meetings (established by CCBIO in 2016) has been to promote and expand a Scandinavian (and Nordic) network of academic pathologists and pre-clinical researchers dedicated to tissue-based morphologic as well as molecular research, mainly but not exclusively related to cancer, supporting collaborative research progress. Recent meetings (last 5 years) have held 80-100 participants, and we are expecting around 100 or more in 2025.
By attending the meeting as an exhibitor, you are given the opportunity to meet senior academic pathologists and key opinion leaders, research group leaders, research students, and research technicians, promoting your technologies relevant to pathology and cancer research. This year’s program is in a planning phase and will be similar to previous years’ programs.
All participants, including presenters and exhibitors, will be accommodated at the historical Solstrand Hotel in beautiful surroundings, close to Bergen, Norway; http://solstrand.com/en (external link).
The exhibitions will be located in the second half of “Borgarsal” next to the conference room, and the coffee will be served in the same room. We offer tables for your exhibition, but recommend that the exhibitors themselves bring technical equipment if needed. It is also possible for exhibitors to give a plenary short talk of 15 minutes as a teaser to catch the participants' interest.
Content and prices for the industry:
1. Meeting Participation: 15.000,- NOK
2. One day, exhibition only: 35.000,- NOK
3. Two days, exhibition only: 45.000,- NOK
4. Short presentation: 15.000,- NOK

The registration form (external link) is the same for academic and industry participants, whereas the rates are differentiated. Please tick off the relevant boxes and write your specific needs (table, power, etc.) in the final free-text box.
