Redistributive Debates Across the World
Bilde
Morten Støstad, presenting today, is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Economics and the FAIR Institute, Centre for Experimental Research on Fairness, Inequality and Rationality, both at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
For this presentation, he will show results from over 700 000 speech excerpts from 36 national legislatures, classified by large language models (LLMs), which he has used to study redistributive debates across the world.
Light lunch will be served, as first come, first served.
The event is hybrid, if you can not join us in the Corner room at Sofie Lindstrøms hus, you can join us digitally. (external link)
