Join us for this year's third Neuro-SysMed Junior Scientist Symposium, taking place at the BB-building on Friday, September 4, 2026!
This time, Yamila Torres Cleuren will give a talk on Career Planning. Get useful tips for young researchers! The focus of the keynote session this time is Health Innovation. We are fortunate to have Malgorzata Barczyk and Kine Gregersen visiting us from the Tech Transfer Office VIS. They will present a topic of relevance to all PhD students and researchers: Before You Publish: How to Recognize and Develop Research with Commercial Potential. Austin Rayford is the new innovation scout at the Medical Faculty. He will introduce himself and talk about how to recognize the innovation potential in your own research project! As always, we also have a line-up of talented junior scientists from our faculty who will present their ongoing research projects.
We believe this symposium will inspire rich discussions in a dynamic, collaborative atmosphere and offer a wonderful chance to meet and learn from researchers across diverse fields.
Although mainly for PhD candidates and other students, the Junior Scientist Symposia are open to others in our research communities who are interested in the topics discussed.
