Hallvard Moe joins the Editorial Team of the Nordic Journal of Media Studies

Professor Hallvard Moe of the University of Bergen has joined the editorial team of the Nordic Journal of Media Studies, an international peer‑reviewed journal published by Nordicom. The journal highlights innovative and interdisciplinary media research, with a strong focus on the relationship between media, culture, and society.

Moe joins a diverse team of editors led by Chief Editor Anne Jerslev (University of Copenhagen), working alongside scholars from across the Nordic region. His appointment reinforces the journal’s ties to Norwegian media research and underlines UiB’s ongoing role in shaping academic debates on media, communication, and the digital public sphere.
