Electronic Literature
The electronic literature research group meets monthly with the aim of supporting each other's research.
About the research group
Electronic literature encompasses a range of digitally native genres and formats that exploit computing power and often explore the materiality of our daily interactions with digital media. E-lit challenges traditional literary conventions and expands creative possibilities, promotes cultural enrichment, and encourages critical thinking about the intersection of technology and literature.
Members of the research group are researchers in the Electronic Literature node at the Center for Digital Narratives and researchers in digital culture at LLE who work with electronic literature. All members are also co-leaders of the activities. Additionally, guests working with electronic literature are welcome for individual sessions.
The research group, re-established at the end of 2025, has various meeting formats according to the needs of the group, including reading groups, feedback on drafts, and promotion of the subject and the careers of its members. The goal is always mutual support for research in electronic literature.
