Bioinformatic services

At the Genomics Core Facility we provide a wide range of computational support tailored to genomic and transcriptomic research. We offer complimentary consultation on experimental design. Depending on the user’s requirements, we provide varying levels of bioinformatics support, including data preprocessing, normalization, statistical analysis, annotation, as well as gene ontology and pathway analysis. Our services are available to both internal and external researchers.

Workshops, Lectures & Training

We are committed to support research community by providing training, lectures, and hands-on learning opportunities.

Our team regularly contributes to lectures and invited talks at academic programs such as MEDMET, CCBIO, IGSIN, and through internal training sessions at the University of Bergen and Haukeland University Hospital.

We continue to expand our offerings with workshops and hands-on training events. including sessions in collaboration with Elixir Norway. (external link) These will offer researchers practical experience with NGS data analysis, pipeline execution, best practices and data management.
