EBV-MS Kick-off: January 23rd–24th
On Tuesday, January 23rd, and Wednesday, January 24th, 2024, the EBV-MS project successfully held its inaugural kick-off meeting. This meeting provided an opportunity for the project team to get acquainted, share insights, and set goals. The program was structured to cover various aspects of the project, including the introduction of partners, presentation of work packages, and discussions on project management and planning.

A total of 37 attendees participated, with 16 online attendees and 21 who were physically present. Each partner, responsible for a different work package, presented their objectives, planned activities and results, roles, scientific leadership structure, and expected outcomes. Additionally, there were presentations by Monica Ensini, the EU project officer, and Hege Høivik, the EBV-MS financial manager.
The kick-off meeting marked the formal start of the EBV-MS project. It successfully achieved its goals by providing a platform to confirm a shared vision and consolidate roles, tasks, and project timelines. The meeting ensured that the team’s expectations were aligned, setting a solid foundation for the project's future.
