Connecting Research and Community: EBV‑MS at the EMSP Conference
The EBV-MS project continues to build momentum as an ambitious and collaborative effort to better understand the link between Epstein–Barr virus (EBV) and multiple sclerosis (MS). By bringing together leading researchers, clinicians, and partners across disciplines, the project is steadily advancing toward clearer insights into disease mechanisms and potential therapeutic pathways.

This progress was also shared with the wider MS community during the annual EMSP conference. The EBV-MS project was featured during the exhibition periods, where informational flyers were distributed to attendees. This provided a valuable opportunity to raise awareness, spark conversations, and connect with stakeholders interested in the role of viral factors in MS.
As the project moves forward, we remain committed to transparency, collaboration, and scientific excellence. The insights gained so far mark important steps toward a deeper understanding of MS, and ultimately, toward improving outcomes for those affected by the disease.
