Recruitment process
For the majority of positions, applications must be made through the Jobbnorge portal, unless otherwise stated on the webpage for the specific position.
Positions in Switzerland ("SDCs") will have a different recruitment site - see the relevant links.
In all cases, you must read the relevant advertisement and the ENDOTRAIN recruitment pages thoroughly for details on eligibility and application requirements, including the MSCA mobility rules. The ENDOTRAIN pages also contain the mandatory attachment templates that must be uploaded for each Jobbnorge application.
You can apply for up to three positions, but each one requires a separate application.
Applications will only be accepted from the sites provided - mainly Jobbnorge.
Only applications using the mandatory application templates will be considered.
Before uploading any documents in the Jobbnorge portal (to minimise repetition of information):
- In the ‘Jobbnorge-application field’: Only write your name.
- In the ‘Jobbnorge-CV form’: Only fill in your 1) personal details, 2) information about your degree (in the field ‘Academic qualifications’) and 3) recent relevant work experience.
- You do not need to fill in any other sections in the Jobbnorge form, as all the information we need will be provided by you when attaching the mandatory elements listed in the next section.
