Communication
Since the beginning of the project, researchers affiliated with KLAR have carried out more than 100 outreach and dissemination activities across the country. Municipalities, public agencies, private companies, organisations, and others have put menopause and working life on the agenda. This has resulted in thousands of women and men—at employee, managerial, and organisational levels—gaining greater knowledge about women’s health, menopause, and work.
