Research School's annual research presentations - award winners 2026

The 20th annual research presentations at the Research School in Clinical Medicine, were held on January 28th and 29th. Numerous awards were handed out. See the award winners here!

At the annual research presentations, PhD candidates and other researchers affiliated with Department of Clinical Medicine, Department of Clinical Science, and Helse Vest showcased research they have presented at various conferences in 2025. Both poster presentations and oral presentations were re-presented for local peers.

Here are this year's award winners:

PhD-students:
•    Kira Höffler (1st prize for poster presentations)
•    Nicolas Fuenzalida (2nd prize for poster presentations)
•    Anna Rubiolo (3rd prize for poster presentations)
•    Jenny Lindroos (1st prize oral presentations)
•    Viola Thulin (2nd prize oral presentations)
•    Tessa Lohr (3rd prize for poster presentations)

Post docs / researchers:
•    Nicolas Bargas (best poster presentation)
•    Shamundeeswari Anandan (best oral presentation)

People’s choice award:
•    Dewaki Chhetri
