Objectives and Content

The course will cover spatial models for stationary spatial series defined on a regular lattice with discrete or continuous state space. In addition the course will contain kriging as a part of geostatistics and touch upon spatial point processes. We will also do statistical inference, simulations experiments plus possible some empirical examples.
