Timetable and calendar

The timetable gives you an overview of your lectures and other activities related to your study programme. Find out where you need to be and when you need to be there!

When will the course schedules be available?

  • The timetable for the fall semester will be published on 1 July.
  • The timetable for the spring semester will be posted on 1 December.

Find your course schedules

  • On the 'Find course'-page , you can search for courses by typing the name of the course or the course code in the search field.
  • When you go to the page for your course, you will find a link to the timetable at the top under "Resources".
  • When you click on "Schedule", you will see planned lectures week by week.
  • You can choose whether you want to view the schedule in list form or whether you want to view it as a weekly calendar. If you want to view it as a weekly calendar, tap “Show weekly timetable”.
  • Under "Semester" you can choose to see timetables for previous semesters.

You can also find all the courses that belong to a study programme on the study programme page, under "Study structure".

You can fin your study programme using the 'Find study programmes'-page (you might need to change the language filter).

Adding more courses to the schedule

You can add more courses to this view of the timetable. To do this, type the course code in the search box at the top of the page. Here you can add as many courses as you want.

Remember that this calendar shows all classes in the course, and is not customised for you. If it is a group class, it will show the time and location for all groups, not just yours.

See all your courses on Mitt UiB (requires login)

Once you have registered for the semester and signed up for courses, the lectures, seminars and lab groups will appear on your calendar in Mitt UiB, under “Calendar”.

You can customise the calendar page and select what you want it to show. If some seminars, group classes and the like are not included in the calendar in Mitt UiB, you can check the schedule on the course pages.

Get an overview with UiBtreet

You can also see your schedule when you are logged in to UiBtreet, in the same way as in Mitt UiB.

If you have the UiBtreet app, you can choose to receive push notifications when changes are made to the schedule.
